Chai has been training people in the South Bay for over 7 years. She specializes in boxing, weight training, speed/agility training, and weight loss programs.

Personal (one on one) training:
One 60 minute session--------$70.00
The rate is discounted if you train more often.
2 x's a week = $60.00 per session.
3 x's a week = $50.00 per session.
Group (3 or more) training:
One 60 minute session....$20.00 per person
